                                                        Targeted Stretches and Exercises

With Tech Neck, we know which muscles are under stretch tension and which muscles have
shortened. To reverse those changes you work the muscles that are stretched and stretch the muscles
that are short. Posture Pro will print those stretches/exercises for daily use by the patient. They are
 also available on DVD.
